Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of fresh food products, all sales of eggs and perishable items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered or picked up.

If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We may request photos to help verify the issue. If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage, handling after delivery, or customer preference.

For subscription orders, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery or pickup to avoid being charged.
