Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all subscription and recurring purchase options offered by Sam’s Organic Pasture Farm.

Customers may cancel, pause, or modify their subscription at any time. However, all changes must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery or pickup in order to take effect for the upcoming order.

If a cancellation or modification is submitted less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup, the order may already be prepared and will be processed as scheduled and charged accordingly.

Once an order has been prepared, delivered, or picked up, it is considered final and non-refundable due to the perishable nature of our products.

Subscription billing occurs automatically according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled in advance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions in cases of misuse, policy violations, or operational constraints.
