Shipping Policy

At this time, Sam’s Organic Pasture Farm offers local delivery and farm pickup only. We do not ship products by mail or courier.

Local Delivery
Delivery is available within selected local areas based on our delivery schedule and route availability. Delivery days and times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, farm operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order when required. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or no one available to receive the order, the order may be considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

Farm Pickup
Customers may choose farm pickup at the designated pickup location and time communicated after ordering. Orders not picked up within the scheduled pickup window may be forfeited and non-refundable.

Delivery Fees
Monthly subscription orders include free local delivery. For non-subscription orders under $25, a delivery fee will apply. Any applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

Product Condition and Responsibility
Once the order has been delivered or picked up, responsibility for proper storage and handling transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for product quality issues caused by improper storage or delayed pickup.

Weather and Force Majeure
Severe weather or unexpected events may cause delivery delays or cancellations. In such cases, we will communicate updates as soon as possible.
