All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, substitute products when necessary, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Natural variations may occur in size, color, and appearance of farm products.
Orders and Payments
All orders must be paid in full before delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, farm operations, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring safe receipt of products.
Food Safety and Handling
Once products are delivered or picked up, proper storage and handling are the responsibility of the customer. Sam’s Organic Pasture Farm is not responsible for issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery or pickup.
Returns and Refunds
All sales of perishable goods are final. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details regarding damaged or incorrect orders.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders renew automatically unless canceled or modified at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery or pickup. Subscription schedules and product availability may vary based on seasonal conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sam’s Organic Pasture Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
